Yes you can, it is best to contact us by email as soon as possible but at the latest usually by 10.00am the day after the order has been placed. In this case, you can request a change to your order by emailing: support@10cats.com.au. In your email, please include your order number and details of the changes you wish to make. .
Orders cannot be changed if you have already recieved the order fulfilled email from 10Cats. In this case, if you still wish to proceed with the change, you must contact on us support@10cats.com.au and arrange for a returns label to be sent to you via email. Note, you will be required to pay for the shipping costs.
